NUDE PAINTING:
Pun intended.
This portrait is based on my reflection in a full-length mirror.
My reason for posing in this manner is simple.
I intend to paint more nudes.
To be fair, I did not want to ask others to do something I had not.
Having done this, I believe I have gained valuable insight and respect for the model, and hope to have achieved an extra measure of credibility and trust, and demonstrated how 'serious' I am about my work, without taking myself too seriously.
